So happy to collaborate again with Wir machen Wien and explore local urban initiatives like Radeln in Döbling!
What is the potential of public space and the distribution of urban land for a life in equality? At this Street Design Workshop in Döbling, participants had a chance to develop shared visions for a more equitable public space. They explored how streets can become liveable, green neighborhoods and heard local activists’ perspectives on the status quo as well as became urban planners themselves by discussing what could change and redesigning a street.
This project was a collaboration between Calle Libre, Wir machen Wien and Radeln in Döbling as a part of the Calle Libre IN EQUALITY festival

Radeln in Döbling is a non-partisan cycling initiative in the district under the name "Cycling in Döbling". Here, dedicated cyclists in the district can find people who want to share their passion for cycling and increase the share of bicycle traffic. Find out more here.
