The Calle Libre Advisory Board is an independent advisory body that provides strategic, substantive, and consultative support to the Calle Libre association. Its goal is to sustainably strengthen the further development of the association, its projects, and its international positioning in the fields of urban art, cultural mediation, and urban space design.

martin nesirky
Martin Nesirky was Director of the United Nations Information Service in Vienna from 2014 to 2024 and previously served as Spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General in New York. Before joining the UN, he was Spokesperson and Head of Press and Public Information at the OSCE in Vienna. Martin enjoyed a long journalistic career at Thomson Reuters, including postings as Bureau Chief in Moscow and Seoul. A UK national and Bath University graduate, he has four children and a strong interest in international relations, communications, sustainable development, human rights, and languages.

peter thim
Peter Thim founded MOVELIGHT – Film & Lighting Technology in 1991, specializing in large-scale advertising projections. For over two decades, the company has also been active in scaffold advertising and is widely recognized within the industry for landmark projects. These include the 4,200 m² art wrapping of Vienna’s Ringturm — the headquarters of VIG and the largest art wrapping in Europe — as well as large-scale projections on the façade of the iconic Café Landtmann on Vienna’s Ringstraße. He serves as Managing Director of MOVELIGHT.

Mia Borg is Head of Social Media for City Councilor Ulli Sima and works in communications for the City of Vienna. She is also actively involved in a youth organization on a voluntary basis. Growing up in a large hospitality family, she developed an early passion for event planning, creative projects, and networking. With a hands-on mentality and boundless energy, she describes herself as a “Vienna City Beach Girl” – born in Upper Austria, but her beach is the Alte Donau.
