This year, Calle Libre Festival will be dedicated to the theme of “IN EQUALITY” – an examination of the diverse forms of societal, cultural, social, gender-specific, and socio-political inequalities. The title deliberately plays with ambiguity: it refers both to inequality and to the necessary equality that connects us as human beings. The focus is on examining the first article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
“All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.”
From prepping walls and organizing materials to welcoming visitors and assisting the team, volunteers are the heartbeat of the festival. You’ll gain hands-on experience in festival production, become part of a vibrant international street art community, and co-create unforgettable moments full of creativity, joy, and connection. Contribute as much as you can. No extra skills required, just you and your beautiful spirit.
