2 days of celebration
On 18. and 19. September, Post City Linz turns into an open stage for urban art for two days:
live music, workshops, guided tours and the grand reveal of four large-scale murals — all with free admission. Join us to celebrate the completion of the murals and experience street art up close, right in the middle of it.
As part of a collaboration between the Austrian Post and Calle Libre, four large building facades at Linz Central Station are being designed by national and international artists. After more than a decade in Vienna, Calle Libre brings its festival to Linz for the first time — to a location with a special history: a historical Post Verteilerzentrum of Upper Austria, as well as the former hub of the Ars Electronica Festival, a unique intersection of art, technology and society.
Under the title "Addressing Tomorrow," four large-scale wall works, adding up to a total area of around 2,235 m², are created that explore urban change, communication and public space.
about the artists
