A Tower transformed: Silosophie x Gamze Yalcin

Over the course of just nine days, Turkish street artist Gamze Yalcin brought new life to the historic silo tower in Traismauer. Perched up to 30 meters high and undeterred by intense heat, heavy rain, and strong winds, she transformed the tower into a large-scale artwork — turning it into a bold new landmark for the Traisental region.

Now visible from the nearby highway, the artwork not only redefines the silo’s presence in the landscape but also symbolizes the connection between four surrounding villages.
